2.1 AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS

We operate a private, invitation-only affiliate program at eSpacool (the “Affiliate Program”). This program is intended to allow selected families, educators, and trusted collaborators to share our courses, classes, and products through personalized referral links, and to receive a commission for qualifying purchases made through those links.

Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to prior approval and ongoing compliance with our standards. We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate relationship at our sole discretion, with or without notice, particularly in cases of non-compliance, reputational risk, or unethical behavior.

Affiliates must act with honesty, integrity, and in good faith. Any form of:

• misleading or deceptive conduct,
• false advertising,
• unauthorized use of eSpacool’s intellectual property,
• violation of consumer protection laws,
• or any promotional practices that may harm the reputation of eSpacool

is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate and permanent exclusion from the program. In serious cases, we reserve the right to take legal action.

Affiliates are individually responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with all applicable advertising regulations, privacy and data protection laws, and ethical marketing standards. This includes, but is not limited to, the clear disclosure of their affiliate status in any public communication or promotion involving eSpacool.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time, including changes to commission rates, terms of participation, or eligibility requirements, with or without prior notice.

By registering as an affiliate, each participant confirms that they have read and accepted the current terms of the Affiliate Program at the time of registration and are responsible for reviewing any updates made to those terms.

 

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
