We welcome children ages 4-12 to our online Spanish classes. Our programs are thoughtfully designed to meet the developmental and language learning needs of each age group, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for all!

The ideal age to start online Spanish classes is around 4 years old. At this age, they have the necessary cognitive and motor skills to engage effectively in structured activities, and their attention span is suitable for participating in online classes.

But remember, it’s never too late to start! Older children make impressive progress and thrive in our engaging online Spanish classes.

Absolutely! Our programs are designed to welcome beginners with no prior Spanish experience. From day one, your child will be immersed in a fun and interactive environment, making learning Spanish feel like an exciting adventure.

Our lead teacher, María, has nearly 20 years of teaching experience. She holds a BA in Primary Education, an M.Ed. in Innovation and Research in Education, and a Graduate Diploma in Bilingualism, ESL, and Multicultural Education. María’s passion and expertise ensure that your child receives the best education possible.

Enrolling your child in our program is simple:

1. Book a Discovery Session: Choose a convenient time.
2. Attend the Session: Meet María, discuss your goals, and experience a mini-lesson.
3. Receive a Proposal:  After the session, we’ll send a personalized proposal.
4. Complete Registration: Finalize your child’s enrollment and start their language journey!

Our 25-minute Discovery Session on Zoom, you’ll:

• Meet María, our lead educator.
• Discuss your child’s goals and learning needs.
• Experience a fun mini-lesson to get a feel for our teaching style.

After the session, you’ll receive a personalized plan tailored to your child’s Spanish learning journey.

We offer a variety of classes:

• One-on-One Classes: Personalized lessons tailored to your child’s learning style, interests, proficiency and needs.
• Group Classes: Interactive sessions with peers, filled with activities and games that foster collaboration and cultural exchange.
• Enrichment Club: A special club for kids with some Spanish exposure, where they can enhance their skills through fun projects like STEM, art, and cooking.

Absolutely! We love integrating culture into our classes. Your child will learn about Spanish-speaking cultures through music, stories, holidays, and traditions, making their language learning experience rich and immersive.

We use interactive tools, games, songs, and engaging visuals to keep your child’s attention. María is skilled at making each lesson dynamic and fun, ensuring your child is actively participating and enjoying the learning process.

• Ages 4-6: We recommend 25-minute sessions to keep young learners engaged without losing focus.
• Ages 7-12: We offer 50-minute sessions for those ready for a longer learning experience.

Consistency is key! A regular schedule, with classes on the same days and times each week, helps create structure. Two classes per week work best for steady progress.

• Ages 4-6: Your child will develop strong oral communication skills, early literacy, vocabulary, and basic grammar. Through engaging, topic-based lessons and lively read-aloud activities, they’ll gain confidence in expressing themselves in Spanish while having fun.
• Ages 7-12: We take learning to the next level. We focus on expanding vocabulary, learning grammar in context, and developing writing skills. Each lesson is built around engaging topics, making learning both enjoyable and effective, ensuring your child stays engaged and motivated.

Your child’s teacher will notify you in advance if any specific materials are needed, such as printed worksheets, Play-Doh, or craft supplies.

While we encourage fostering your child’s independence, we recommend that parents or guardians stay nearby, especially for younger students, in case assistance is needed.

We recommend two classes per week. This allows students to consistently practice and reinforce their learning, leading to steady progress.

Your child will need:

• A desktop computer or laptop with a webcam (tablet or smartphone is not recommended)
• Speakers and microphone, or headphones with a microphone (recommended)
• A stable internet connection
• A quiet, well-lit space to participate in the class

We use Zoom for our classes. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to join the class. If you need to install Zoom, you can download it here. For assistance with Zoom, their support center is a great resource.

To ensure everything is working smoothly before class, you can use the Zoom test feature here. We recommend opening Zoom 5–10 minutes before class to check your audio and microphone.

It’s important to use your child’s name as their ID when joining the class. Here’s a guide on how to change the name in Zoom before joining a meeting.

At eSpacool, the safety of our students is our top priority.

• We use secure platforms to host our classes, ensuring that your child’s learning environment is protected. 
• Only registered parents or guardians who have paid for the classes are provided with access to the class link, which is personal and should not be shared with anyone else. 
• We maintain a strict policy against inappropriate behavior during class, and any issues will be promptly addressed, with appropriate measures taken to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.

Your child’s privacy is important to us. We will never share or post your child’s images, class work, or class recordings on any platforms without your explicit permission.

If you have any questions or concerns, we’re here to help.

We’ll do our best to find a new spot for your child within the same week if we have availability. Please keep in mind that this depends on our schedule and may not always be possible.

We ask for payment for the full month of classes by the 1st of each month. If your child joins us later in the month, simply make your payment before their first class. Payments can be made easily via PayPal.

We don’t offer refunds after enrollment, but we’re confident your child will love the experience! To help you decide, we offer a Discovery Session, so your child can try out a class before committing.

Refunds are only provided if a program is canceled due to low enrollment. If that happens, we’ll process your refund within 30 days.

Yes! In our Enrichment Club, one price covers the whole family. For online Group classes, siblings receive a 10% discount when joining the same class.

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, but please notify us at least 15 days before your desired cancellation date. To cancel, simply contact us at info@espacool.com, and we’ll assist you with the process.
